Our Story
Concairge was born from a simple frustration shared by busy parents everywhere: the constant struggle between wanting to create amazing experiences for our families and having the time and energy to plan them.
We watched countless moments slip by where families chose the easy option - staying home or doing the same routine activities - not because they didn't want adventure, but because the mental load of researching, comparing, and booking activities felt overwhelming when already juggling so many responsibilities.
That's when we realized: what if artificial intelligence could handle all the heavy lifting? What if families could simply express their desires and have everything magically arranged for them? What if the only choice parents had to make was whether to say "yes" to the perfect day we've planned?
Concairge isn't just about convenience - it's about reclaiming the joy of spontaneity and ensuring every family gets to live their best life together.

Grant Burchfield
Co-Founder & CEO
First time dad embracing the 'girl dad' status with open arms. While earning his JD/MBA, came to the quick realization that he had no interest in practicing law, but instead wanted to focus on technology that improves peoples lives. After running global sales organizations in Telecommunications and SaaS, he determined what he really wanted to be when he grew up, a founder. Originally conceptualized the idea for Concairge while on a vacation in Spain with his family, coming to the conclusion that there has to be an easier way for families to maximize time together. He was fortunate to have two co-founders with that same belief.
Kai Pyatt
Co-Founder & COO
Father of three incredible boys – who instantly downgrade to "tiny chaos agents" the moment they're hungry or tired. With a degree in Law and a Pharmacology, he quickly realized that arguing in court or mixing chemicals wasn't his vibe, so he wandered into the wild west of IT. But not the "I can rebuild a server farm blindfolded" kind of IT, instead the fun side where you get to talk to real people, make friends, and solve endless problems on Zoom calls. After leading partnerships at Contentsquare, he's now chasing a bigger mission: tackling the true final boss of parenting. His new adventure? Trying to outsmart the daily madness of being a busy dad while still convincing his kids he's the "cool one."
