What we see, what we keep, and your controls
Your calendars
We see the calendars you connect: Google or Outlook, and your iPhone's calendar if you allow it, which we copy to our servers so Concairge can plan around it.
Emails you forward
We only see emails you send to your Concairge address, and any documents they link to. We never log into or read your inbox. Forwarded emails are deleted within 30 days.
Photos, screenshots and links
When you share one, we read it to pull out the dates and details, and keep it where you can find it.
Your voice
Speak it turns your voice into text with Apple's speech recognition, on your iPhone where it can. We only ever receive the text, never the recording.
Your kids
A code name and a birth year, added by you. No names, no login, no email address. Never used for ads.
Your location, if you want
Only if you turn it on, and only to suggest things nearby. Turn it off any time.
AI and your family
To plan your day and read what you send, Concairge uses AI models from Anthropic and Google. They get only what's needed to answer. Diet, allergy and health details are used only once you've confirmed them.

Kept safe
Everything is encrypted when it's stored (AES-256) and when it's sent (TLS 1.2 or higher).
