Your Calendar events (and any family calendars you connect), plus information you type directly into the app. We access only what's needed to show your family schedule, detect conflicts, and suggest activities. We never access your email, contacts, or other apps.
Your family calendar, plans, reminders, and preferences. Everything is encrypted and stored securely. We keep only what's needed to give you a great experience.
Your data. Period. We don't sell, rent, or share your family's information with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.
We use bank-level encryption (AES-256), secure connections (TLS 1.3), and follow industry best practices. Your data is protected at rest and in transit.
Export all your data anytime. Delete your account and everything associated with it. Disconnect integrations with one tap. You're always in control.

These Terms govern your use of the Concairge website (concairge.ai) and, together with our End-User License Agreement (EULA), your use of the Concairge mobile application. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Concairge, Inc. is a Delaware corporation located at Office 134, 254 Chapman Rd, Suite 101-B, Newark, Delaware 19702, USA.
You must be 18 years or older to create a Concairge account. Account holders may add family profiles for children of any age. Concairge does not permit minors to create their own accounts and does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works of the App.
Certain features require a paid subscription billed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are subject to the applicable platform's refund policy; Concairge does not issue direct refunds for in-app purchases. EU and UK users have a 14-day statutory cooling-off right for new subscriptions, unless they expressly agree to immediate access and acknowledge this waives the cancellation right.
You retain ownership of content you create in the App. By using the App, you grant Concairge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, and use your content solely to operate and improve the service. Any feedback or suggestions you submit may be used by Concairge for any purpose without obligation or compensation.
The App connects to third-party services including Google Calendar. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Concairge is not responsible for third-party data handling.
The Concairge app, website, logo, and all related content are owned by Concairge, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you beyond the limited licence above.
The App and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Concairge's total liability for any claim arising from the App or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to Concairge in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Concairge, Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your submission of personal information about any family member without appropriate authority.
You may delete your account at any time via the App or by contacting support@concairge.ai. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the American Arbitration Association's Consumer Arbitration Rules in Delaware (or by remote video conference). You and Concairge waive the right to participate in class-action proceedings. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction. UK and EU users also retain rights under applicable local consumer law.
We will provide 30 days' advance notice of material changes via in-app message or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
